Ingredients
Dressing:
½cupolive oil
½cupwhite vinegar
4Tbspsesame oil
1Tbspgarlic, pressed
4Tbsp brown sugar
2Tbsphoisin sauce
1tspkosher salt
1tspblack pepper
1 ⅓cuppreserved red ginger , minced
4Tbspsyrup from preserved red ginger
⅔cupmandarin juice , from the can
1Tbspsriracha
2Tbsphoney
2Tbspsesame seeds
Ingredients:
2whole rotisserie chicken, deboned, shredded
1head of iceberg lettuce, thinly julienned
½head ofromaine lettuce , thinly julienned
1head ofgem lettuce , thinly julienned
4cucumbers, remove seeds, julienned and cut into one inch pieces
3carrots, julienned
4green onions, thinly sliced
315 oz cansmandarin oranges, drained, save juice for salad dressing
2cupsuncooked spiral pasta
wonton wrappers, cut into strips and fried
½cupsalted almonds, rough chopped
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the dressing and whisk together.
Combine all ingredients for the salad. Toss.
Pour dressing over and serve. How much dressing will be to your preference.
