or any neutral cooking oil

onion

sliced

garlic

chopped

red bell peppers

cut into ¼ inch strips

yellow bell peppers
,
cut into ¼ inch strips

cup
green bell pepper
,
cut into ¼ inch strips

black pepper

kosher salt
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saute until aromatic, for a minute.
Add bell peppers then salt and black pepper. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes, tossing halfway.
Serve with your favorite taco recipe or add to hot dog, etc.
