Fresh Salsa
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 serrano pepper, charbroiled
- 3 Roma tomatoes, charbroiled
- ¼ onion, charbroiled
- 1 tsp plus a pinch kosher salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup water
- ½ lime, juiced
- pinch cumin
Instructions
- Charbroil tomatoes, serrano pepper and onion. Remove seeds from serrano peppers if you don’t want it to have any spiciness to it.
- Put everything in a food processor or blender and puree.
- Serve!
