Vietnamese Seafood

Growing up I loved eating seafood, especially shrimp and crab. Anytime I have a yearning for crab I whip out my Stir Fry Dungeness Crab recipe and it will instantly satisfy my cravings. But if I want something that reminds me of my childhood then I will make Caramelized Catfish – Ca Kho or another great caramelized recipe, Caramelized Shrimp and Pork – Tom Rim Thit. For something super simple but with an abundance of flavor try Vietnamese Fried Fish – Ca Chien dipped with a Fish Dipping Sauce. Delicious!
