Sauteed Bell Peppers
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil, or any neutral cooking oil
- 1 whole onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups red bell peppers, cut into ¼ inch strips
- 2 cups yellow bell peppers, cut into ¼ inch strips
- 1 cup green bell pepper, cut into ¼ inch strips
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saute until aromatic, for a minute.
- Add bell peppers then salt and black pepper. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes, tossing halfway.
- Serve with your favorite taco recipe or add to hot dog, etc.
