Soy Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp avocado oil , or any neutral oil
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups organic coconut water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice with pulp
- lime zest , from 1 whole lime
- ¼ cup thai chili, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chili paste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan on medium heat, add oil and fry chopped garlic until they are a nice light golden brown.
- Then pour in water, coconut water, vinegar, low sodium soy sauce and sugar. Stir together and boil until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat.
- Add lime juice, lime zest, chopped chili peppers and chili paste.
- Good for a month in the fridge.
